About the Team
Todd Settle
As founding partner of Select Realty Capital Group, Todd brings over 25 years of private capital lending experience for the benefit of Select’s borrowers and investors alike.
A purchaser of a significant multifamily loan portfolio in 1994, Todd leveraged his experience from that transaction to create Marketplace Capital, Inc., a large consumer mortgage company. He eventually founded Advanced Title Solutions, Inc. to provide title and closing services for the mortgage company.
During the real estate recession of 2008 through 2012, he served on numerous contract underwriting teams for Hudson Realty Capital, a NYC private equity fund. Those teams were responsible for the valuation and purchase of over $600mil in commercial loans for the Hudson portfolio. toddsettle@gmail.com
Mike Susi
Mike was born and raised in the Greater Portland area. After graduating from Lasell University in Newton, Massachusetts, he returned home to Maine, where he would ultimately work alongside Todd and David at Select Realty Capital Group. He enjoys collaborating with investors to navigate the best opportunities to maximize their investment potential. Mike also oversees the majority of Select’s marketing and online presence.
In addition to lending, Mike engages in his own real estate investment projects. In his free time he enjoys going golfing, mountain biking, and other outdoor activities.
