Our borrowers are able to pursue investment opportunities with limited out-of-pocket exposure by financing the purchase and improvements of properties, to then sell or refinance in a short term. The Fix and Flip and Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat (BRRRR) strategies allow for quick turnaround and operating at a larger scale. Our borrowers exit these loans through either a sale or refinance.
